My 3rd Casa "Whorehouse"!
It was such a pleasure to be reunited with Ruta Lee, Ed Dixon, Liz Mikel and Greg Dulcie.

I have always had a great time doing this show!  First off - I understand the jokes.  Second, I know these characters (from life).  Lastly, It's always fun to play this show where the audience ALSO knows these characters!

Speaking of characters, here's a Rogue's Gallery of my portrayals this time:

Traveling Salesman

C. J. Scruggs (President of the Jaycees)

Sportscaster, Chip Brewster
His Honor, The Governor of TEXAS!
"The second show-stealer is David Coffee as the Governor, a role he was born to play.  Every note, movement and facial expression in "The Sidestep" is spot on."
-Cathy O'Neal,
Theatre Jones.com

"In support, David Coffee, playing the roles of both C.J. Scruggs and Governor, stood out.  Sporting a ridiculous wig and a plaid jacket as C.J. Scruggs, Mr. Coffee delivered his lines with punch and humor.  But it was his turn as Governor that had our audience in a tither.  "The Sidestep" was hysterically choreographed by Josh Rhodes, and Mr. Coffee, well...I'm telling you, that man can move!  His interaction with the reporters when they were in "frozen" mode was uproarious."
